At Kelty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you may return your unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns center.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including all manuals and accessories.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
